Online Orders and Shipping Settings.
When you place an order with Adamus, you have accepted and read our Terms and Conditions. We only send the order after we confirm the payment. After this confirmation, we will send an email to the provided email.

As payment methods, we use Paypal and Credit Card.
Regarding the processing of the order, we will dispatch it between 1-3 working days. However, we use a third party carrier and some unusual delays that are outside our control can happen.

For Portugal the shipping is always free for orders above 100€, 5€ for standard shipping (3-4 working days) and 7.5€ for express shipping (1-2 working days).

For other countries inside the European Union, the shipping cost is 10€ for standard shipping (4-6 working days) and 50€ for express shipping (1-2 working days).

For the United States, the shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the order. Orders weighing up to 5kg have a cost of €68.5, while orders weighing 5.1kg to 10kg have a cost of €108.5. For orders weighing more than 10 kg, the cost is €188.5.
Delivery time for shipments to the United States varies between 8 and 15 working days.

For the United Kingdom , the shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the order. Orders weighing up to 5kg have a cost of €30, while orders weighing 5.1kg to 10kg have a cost of €40. For orders weighing more than 10 kg, the cost is €60.
Delivery time for shipments to the United Kingdom varies between 8 and 15 working days.

Outside of Europe, they are calculated depending on the destination country and the weight of the order. This amount is always indicated in the shopping cart when you are validating the purchase. Shipments outside the European Union can be randomly selected to verification at customs. The import value is always responsibility of the customer.
We can cancel orders if any information is inaccurate (including after you have submitted your order).

Order Cancellation
Your order will be considered void if:

a) There is information incorrectly published on the site, including that relating to prices and promotions;
b) There is a product out of stock;
c) There is inability to obtain payment authorization;
d) There are indications of fraudulent ordering.

Discounts
The discounts given are personal and non-transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be sold, offered, donated, assigned, exchanged, replaced, returned or redeemable in cash.

If a product/service purchased using a Discount Code is returned, the refund will be equal to the amount paid for the product/service, subject to applicable refund policies.

Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Adamus accepts no responsibility for the inability to use a discount code within the period of validity thereof as a result of a failure of any kind in the network, hardware or software.

Adamus reserves the right to change or cancel any discount at any time if deemed necessary in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges.
If you want to return or exchange the product that you ordered, please contact us at: info@adamusgin.com.
You can only return the product if you haven't opened the bottle and you have to return it in the original packaging and we will deal with the refund as soon as possible.
You can return or exchange your product within the period of 30 days after the purchase date.

Claims

Claims for damaged or exchanged items must be made within a maximum period of 5 days after receiving the order.
