Online Orders and Shipping Settings.
When you place an order with Adamus, you have accepted and read our Terms and Conditions. We only send the order after we confirm the payment. After this confirmation, we will send an email to the provided email.

As payment methods, we use Paypal and Credit Card.
Regarding the processing of the order, we will dispatch it between 1-3 working days. However, we use a third party carrier and some unusual delays that are outside our control can happen.

For Portugal the shipping is always free for orders above 150€, 5€ for standard shipping (3-4 working days) and 7.5€ for express shipping (1-2 working days).
For other countries inside the European Union, the shipping cost is 10€ for standard shipping (4-6 working days) and 50€ for express shipping (1--2 working days).

Outside of Europe, they are calculated depending on the destination country and the weight of the order. This amount is always indicated in the shopping cart when you are validating the purchase. Shipments outside the European Union can be randomly selected to verification at customs. The import value is always responsibility of the customer.
We can cancel orders if any information is inaccurate (including after you have submitted your order).

Orders Canceling.

Your order will be considered void if:
a) There is information incorrectly published on the site, including that relating to prices and promotions;
b) There is a product out of stock;
c) There is inability to obtain payment authorization;

Returns and Exchanges.
If you want to return or exchange the product that you ordered, please contact us at: info@adamusgin.com.
You can only return the product if you haven't opened the bottle and you have to return it in the original packaging and we will deal with the refund as soon as possible.
You can return or exchange your product within the period of 30 days after the purchase date.
