Any season is a good season for an Adamus cocktail, but spring has a special place in our hearts. The flowers start to bloom, the weather is warmer, and a nice colourful cocktail to start the evening is a great choice.
Plus, these ingredients are easy to get and the preparation is quite simple. Syrup or agave syrup are available at most liquor stores, but if you prefer to make your own syrup, all you need to do is boil 2 parts of sugar to 1 part of water, and stirr until the sugar dissolves. Then, reduce it until thickened and cool before using.
So, here's our list of ingredientes:
- 5cl of Adamus Gin;
- 10cl of chilled promegranate juice;
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or simple syrup;
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice;
- 8 pomegranate seeds;
- 2 lime slices;
Combine the Adamus gin with the pomegranate juice, the syrup and the fresh lime juice. Divide evenly in two chilled glasses, and then pour the pomegranate seeds in the glasses. Add a final touch and garnish with lime slices.
See? Wasn’t that easy? And very delicious, right?
This cocktail is a great choice for any moment of your day, but if you want to know the best moments to drink Adamus, you can always check our previous article here.
